Legal Counsel

Our client an innovative technology business based in London is seeking a Technology/Commercial Lawyer for a minimum of 6 months with the view of becoming permanent following this.

This is a really exciting opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing business in its infancy. You will enjoy a fast paced start up feel to the business along with the security of a household name.

You will be part of as small legal team dealing with a wide range of commercial and technology agreements including but not limited to; outsourcing, licence agreements, marketing, manufacturing, hardware/software agreements and agreements relating to the commercialisation of new technology.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 year PQE*. You will have excellent drafting skills along with significant technology experience. Strong commercial acumen is essential. Data protection, privacy and cloud services experience is advantageous.
