A new opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor in Somerset. The ideal lawyer will be hands-on with the ability to handle a diverse and sizeable caseload of Commercial and Agriculture matters. Areas will include: landlord and tenant; farm and land sales and purchases; agricultural tenancies; commercial property and leases and buying and selling of businesses. This is a chance for an enthusiastic and personable Lawyer to work in a professional firm, further developing their skills alongside an equipped team of skilled lawyers and support staff. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE gained within a similar role.
Expertise in agriculture and commercial property work is essential.
You will have excellent communication and client care skills.
You must be able to work in an accurate, informed and efficient manner.
You will be personable and tenacious and be able to handle a diverse caseload, meeting tight deadlines.
