They are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer locum to help them over the next up and coming busy months.

The successful Residential Conveyancer locum will take on a full and active Residential Conveyancing caseload which will include but is not restricted to: sales, purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy and shared ownership matters. The firm is looking for a Locum with a strong domestic property background who has handled all aspects of a caseload.

The Residential Conveyancer locum will be offered a competitive hourly rate, secretarial support and a very commutable location.
