The Role: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Harrow
Contract Type: Part-time Locum (2 days per week)
Salary: £25.00 per hour

A well-respected, dynamic firm based in Harrow is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a part-time locum basis, due to a sickness cover requirement.

Our client is looking for an individual who is: client focused, flexible, technically competent and has gained significant experience managing their own caseload or practice. The role will enable the successful Residential Conveyancer to manage and progress a Partner's caseload which will consist of a variety of matters including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and Leasehold matters
• Transfer of equity
• A small amount of Commercial Property matters

Applications for this Residential Conveyancer locum role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or legal executives who have gained at least 3-5 years' experience dealing with a wide range of domestic property transactions and some commercial property matters.

Ideally the successful candidate will have gained some experience dealing with probate matters however, this is not an essential requirement.
