Paralegal - Motor Recoveries.

Our client who are an award winning law firm based in Sheffield are growing their Motor Recoveries division.

As a Paralegal, you will handle cases that have been sent from Clients for recovery of their losses arising from road traffic accidents. The role will involve:

-Processing and assessing new instructions
-Handling your own caseload of motor claims
-Dealing with written correspondence (inbound and outbound as appropriate)
-Preparing court documents and dealing with all aspects of the Court process

Experience of working in a claims, recoveries, personal injury claims background would be an advantage.

Candidates must be confident, self-motivated and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to work in a busy environment whilst managing numerous cases at any one time and be able to work with minimum supervision.
