An experienced Legal Administration Assistant is required to join a Top Law Firm based in their Manchester City Centre offices. Working as part of a busy and vibrant team this role would suit someone interested in the legal sector that wants to pursue a career in administration.

The Legal Administrator position will support within a specific department dealing with all new client information. This will include:

  • Using the case management system - adding new client information
  • Updating client details
  • Conflict of interest checks
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Filing
  • Correspondence
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing
  • Archiving

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the legal sector is essential
