Residential Conveyancer

My client are a well established full service law firm in South Manchester who have an excellent reputation in the market. As part of their continued growth they are looking to add an additional Residential Conveyancer to the team. Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

The firm's Conveyancing departments deals with the full remit of matters but, with a focus on high value transactions because their client base covers areas in Wilmslow, Bramhall, Alderley Edge and other affluent parts of Cheshire.

Applications are invited from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives who can independently manage a caseload of matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgage and transfer of equity. You should possess excellent client care skills as much of work comes from referrals and repeat business.
