Private Client

I am currently seeking an experienced and qualified Private Client solicitor to join a well established legal firm in Northampton. The firm are looking for someone who has a real drive for making their name within the Midlands area.
The Role
¿ Advising on all private client matters including estate administration for both taxable and non-taxable estates
¿ The preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
¿ Tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals, and court of protection matters
¿ To maintain the highest professional standards in accordance with the firms objectives and to comply with the firms quality standards
¿ To keep clients fully informed of the range of services that the firm offers.
To be successful in this role you must:
¿ Have around 3-5 year¿s minimum experience in a similar area.
¿ Operate independently and part of a team
¿ Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills
¿ You will be able to organise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines
¿ You will have strong communication skills
¿ You will be professional, personable & detail orientated
