Interim Legal Counsel

My client is a financial services success story that continues to go from strength to strength.

Based on the Staffordshire/West Midlands border they now seek to recruit a senior commercial contracts lawyer to join their established in-house legal team on an initial 6-9 month contract. The role will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and contractual obligations as well as representing the function in management and project meetings. The role will also oversee contract negotiation and procurement across the business as well as being responsible for varied project work.

A qualified solicitor currently working in-house or private practice with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, you will have a proven track record in commercial contract law. Experience of working within financial services is essential. Your commercial mind-set will be as notable as your exceptional ability to engage with a business and provide pragmatic, cost-effective legal advice.
