A clinical research company, who work with pharmaceutical organisations in China, is seeking a fluent in Mandarin Contracts Manager to help support clinical operations. Pharmaceutical experience is not essential but a strong grounding in commercial contracts law is. This role can be worked remotely/from home.

The fluent in Mandarin Contracts Manager will be based in Surrey, although after the initial period there is scope to work remotely due to the nature of the business. The salary will be for between £30k - £50k - depending on experience, and will offer good progression thereafter within the business.

In short you will oversee administration and negotiation processes for complex site contracts that support projects within Clinical Operations on a global scale. In addition to that you will ensure site contract documentation is in compliance with sponsor and Company requirements.

This fluent in Mandarin Contracts Manager role will also require someone who:

- Identifies project and/or individual site contract related problems and works with internal and external team members to provide and implement solutions.
- Serves as technical expert across all Site Contracts functions.
- Establishes strong working relationships with customers and internal project teams.
- Actively participates in higher level discussions about overall company goals, departmental objectives, and specific project aims.
- Communicates metrics, KPIs, and other relevant project information to team and departmental leadership. Proposes solutions to issues that may arise during a project or contract life cycle.
- Leads multi-country projects including negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in industry-sponsored clinical trials. Reviews contracts for completeness and accuracy, and ensures that corrections are appropriately made and documented.
