Residential Conveyancer

Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer who has a desire to expand into Commercial Property to join their busy Property department in Sunderland.

The successful candidate will have at least two years as a Residential Conveyancer. Some Commercial Property experience would be advantageous but not essential. The role will involve Commercial Property work in the future, for which training and support will be provided where necessary and you will eventually be handling a range of institutional, corporate and private clients dealing with diverse types of work.

In order to be considered for the role you will have sound relevant experience gained within a respected Residential and Commercial Property team. Ideally the successful candidate will have at least two years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, some commercial experience will be useful although not essential and any experience of managing support staff would be appreciated.

- Ability to work as part of a team
