This is a medium sized 12 Partner full service law firm with an established reputation throughout Thames Valley and parts of London.
The team is looking to appoint a 2 - 7 years’ PQE Solicitor for their Reading office with experience in handling private family matters with a bias towards financial remediation.
The Family department are able to provide the following services for:
- Divorce
- Married couples or civil partnerships and financial settlements *Collaborative law
- Children
- Mediation
- Pre-nuptial/cohabitation agreements
- Domestic violence
- Non-married couples and financial settlements
You will be joining an experienced team of 8 other lawyers, working closely with the Head of Department, Senior Associates and Assistant Solicitors.
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with experience of running a private family caseload, including managing or mentoring junior fee earners, and be pro-active in marketing and business development.
