Catastrophic Injury Solicitor

This is a NEW instruction for one of the leading South East law firms to hire an experienced Catastrophic Injury Solicitor for its well established and highly regarded claimant catastrophic injury department based in Maidstone.

This Catastrophic Injury Solicitor role is a pivotal hire, where you will take a key role in maintaining the team and calibre of work. You will be working on a wide variety of personal injury cases, consisting of predominately brain and catastrophic injuries. 

You will have at least 10yqpe with a strong background in personal injury and catastrophic injury, with experience of managing a caseload, running the case from initial instruction, pre-empting issues, demonstrating excellent client care skills for your clients, and ideally candidates will have the Accreditation to APIL and be a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.

This position will have a target to be achieved which will be discussed individually, therefore it would be essential to demonstrate you are able to reach targets, as well as managing a team.
