Position - Property Finance Senior Associate
Senior Associate/Property Finance/Secured Lending/Commercial Real Estate/Residential Development/Banking Law/

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor to join a specialist Real Estate and Banking practice at a London based law firm. The firm provide a number of services, with a particularly strong and highly regarded offering in their Real Estate and Banking team. Due to an increased workload in this team the firm are now looking to bring in a Solicitor at the Senior Associate level. As such the firm are looking for an Associate with a broad background in Property Financing transactions covering a range of public and private clients. The firm are also looking for someone with experience in complex transactions, ideally being experienced in working on deals of up to £1b in value. Due to the nature of the work the firm are also looking for a Solicitor that can lead and maintain relationships with a number of clients and work closely with other teams at the firm to cover other specialist sections of law involved in the wider transaction. A background in both secured and unsecured lending cases would be ideal. In turn this is a great opportunity to work with one of the higher rated Property Financing teams, that has carved out a specialist niche area in Property Finance known for the size and scope of transactions it covers and for the high level of service provided.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad base of Property Financing experience.
- Experience in working on high value, complex financing transactions.
- Experience in both secured and unsecured lending would be a plus.
