THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity has come up for the role of a Commercial Property Fee Earner in Northampton. This is suited to a Fee Earner who is available to start immediately and has at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role. You will undertake duties including: acquisitions and disposals; landlord and tenant matters; property finance work; lease negotiations and; purchase and sales. The ideal Fee Earner will be skilled in handling diverse caseloads and be detail oriented with a hands on approach to their work. THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a similar role.
You will be available to start as soon as possible.
You will be commercially aware with exceptional client care and communication skills.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle a diverse cases.
You will be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
