IP/TM Paralegal - Leeds

A truly fantastic opportunity has recently become available to join a leading IP/TM Firm in Leeds. This is an outstanding opportunity and my client will look at strong graduates (minimum 2:1 degree) or experienced paralegal.

The appropriate candidate will have knowledge of Intellectual Property, trademarks and patents through your degree or electives in their LPC or through current work experience. The role itself is a fantastic opportunity to start your legal career or grow your current legal experience. Your role will be a mixed role and dependent upon your experience but expect to be doing due diligence, non-contentious matters, contentious matters and assisting fee earners. The role will involve training and the opportunity to grow with the firm.

Key skills and desired experience;

- Experience of Trade marks, Domain names, Passing off, Confidentiality/trade secret, Copyright, Designs, Patents through LPC or Degree (desired)
- Excellent academic record
- Excellent client care skills
- An aptitude to work with technical subject matter

Salary is very competitive and depends upon candidates experience!
