Duty Solicitor - Crime

Our client is a large regional law firm in Lancashire with a highly reputable Criminal Department spread across its multiple offices.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Duty Solicitor/Accredited Police Station Representative to manage a caseload of various criminal matters and attend the police station on a rota basis (both in and out of hours), including motoring offences, white collar crime, fraud and general crime.

Higher Court Advocate qualification would be desirable but not mandatory.

This established department continues to thrive and looking to bolster the crown court/magistrates court and duty solicitor services with a strong commitment to the future growth and development of the business. Salary up to £35,000.
