Senior Legal Counsel - 6 month FTC

Excellent commercial lawyer sought for a 6-8 month-fixed term contract with a market leading IT solutions business in the West Midlands.

Our client is a market-leading British company that provide a wide range of cutting-edge IT solutions to a broad customer base. This company are searching for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the legal team on a 6-8 month fixed-term contract basis to focus on a wide range of commercial legal matters.

The successful lawyer will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and undertake a varied role with commercial contracts being the primary area of work. This will involve drafting and negotiating sales/customer agreements with both new and existing customers inclusive of IT and software licensing agreements. Aside from commercial matters, this individual will also be required to work on corporate governance, employment and general corporate matters when they arise.

We are keen to hear from individuals who have gained at least two years of non-contentious commercial experience in either another in-house position or commercial law firm.
