Residential Property Litigation Lawyer - In House

THE COMPANY:

A property management company with a successful property portfolio are actively recruiting a residential property litigation lawyer for their in house legal team.

THE ROLE:

A position has arisen for a residential property litigation lawyer to support and advise their residential property management team as part of an established in house team of lawyers.

You will be handling a busy workload arising from the management of residential tenancies/leases element of a large private property portfolio.

You will also be responsible for drafting and conduct of legal claims including court attendances.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3 years+ pqe and the confidence to be able to deal with a wide range of matters.

Able to work unsupervised, you must have at least one years solid experience of assured short-hold tenancies section 8 and 21 notices and arrears/money claims and county court enforcement.

Candidates with either in house or private practice experience will be considered.
