Would you like to join a highly successful law firm based in Birmingham city centre and work across their full range of departments as a legal secretary? 

Due to continued success, our client is now seeking an additional float legal secretary to provide support and assistance across a full range of legal services covering absences and busy periods. The firm will offer you a happy, friendly and supportive environment where you will be offered the platforms in order to progress your career. 

Your key duties as a float legal secretary will include, but will not be limited to; 

- Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation

- Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone 

- Using big hand to assist all departments

- Assisting with work in a full range of departments 

- Preparing documents

- Diary management 

To be considered for this role you must have previous secretarial experience working within at least two different areas of law.
