Description

The primary role of the In House Commercial Paralegal will be to provide commercial contracts support to the wider team. You will be drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts ranging form NDAs to Master Service Agreements as well as providing other legal support to the wider team such as legal research. From time to time ad hoc legal queries will need dealing with for the wider business so these tasks will sometimes be delegated to the In House Commercial Paralegal to research and advise on accordingly.

When the business launches new products that can naturally be a very busy time for the legal time so you can expect to be involved in the legal work of new product launches which are always an exciting time for the business!

Profile

Applicants are expected to have a minimum of 6 months experience of drafting commercial contracts. This can be from within another in house legal team or it can be from a private practice.
