Clinical Negligence Solicitor required for leading firm within the legal sector with offices in Manchester
Client Details
Our client is an national law firm with offices in Manchester.
Description
You will have be an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor with experience in defendant or claimant clinical negligence or defendant insurance law. You will be involved in drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules. You will act as a primary contact for clients on a day to day basis providing them with commercially focused legal advice.
Profile
You will be a Clinical Negligence Solicitor of between 2 and 6 years PQE. Please note that the level identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less PQE from applying.
