Client Details

Our client is a national firm with offices in Manchester. They are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. The team currently comprises 3 partners leading a team of 13 people.

We deal with commercial litigation/ dispute resolution encapsulating a wide array of work both in the public and private sector. In addition to corporate litigation, mediation and arbitration, the team cover regulatory work, TMT, Intellectual Property, sports and media litigation, as well as insolvency, licensing and ecclesiastical work. We deal with national and international cases and much of it is fast and urgent, incorporating emergency work as well as freezing and search orders.

The department also operates the firm's German Desk and frequently deals with German, Austrian and Swiss clients.

Description

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will deal with commercial litigation/ dispute resolution encapsulating a wide array of work both in the public and private sector. In addition you will have the opportunity to get involved with corporate litigation, mediation and arbitration. The team also cover regulatory work, TMT, Intellectual Property, sports and media litigation, as well as insolvency, licensing and ecclesiastical work. Profile

You will be a commercial litigation solicitor of between 3-5 years PQE. Please note that the level of PQE identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more of less PQE from applying.
