Leading regional heavyweight law firm seeking a junior corporate solicitor to join their growing team (NQ+). You must be technically strong, able to work independently and as part of a team to tight deadlines. You should be commercially minded when approaching legal solutions, have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of clients.

There will be a diverse range of work covering all corporate transactions acting for sellers, buyers and funders.

The successful candidate will be involved in transactions under the supervision of another solicitor or partner with particular emphasis on providing transactional support with ancillary documents, the disclosure process and due diligence.

Also, there will be opportunities to be involved in principal documents on some transactions. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to get involved with a diverse range of high quality corporate work, grow and develop within a well-established team.
