Are you a senior corporate solicitor looking to join a respected Legal 100 practice with blue chip/ FTSE 100 clients? Are you at a point in your career where partnership succession is a realistic ambition within the next 12 months?

You will ideally be a senior corporate solicitor with over 8 years’ PQE and a grounding in high value corporate work. You will have experience managing a diverse caseload of high value work with a focus on large corporate restructuring, acquisitions and mergers.

My client is a Legal 100 firm with a strong corporate group advising on an international basis to large scale SME’s and blue chip companies through to high profile FTSE 100 entities. You will join as a senior corporate solicitor to support and work alongside the partners in Luton and on occasions in St Albans, across a diverse range of corporate transactions. You will be working on the acquisition, sale and restructure of businesses, acquisition finance, private equity, corporate governance, M&A and partnership/LLP work.

You will be expected to be able to generate clients and fee earning opportunities from day one and you will be followed closely for the purpose of partnership succession. A regionally leading salary and strong progression options are on offer.
