In-house Commercial Counsel - c3-5 years PQE

A unique opportunity has arisen to join an industry leader in the telecommunications sector as an in-house Commercial Counsel. Offering a broad remit and varied workload, you will be part of a close knit legal team based in the City with a focus on managing the organisation's managed services portfolio.

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel you will be responsible for:

- drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements

- accountability over the managed services portfolio, providing commercial advice to the business on contracts, governance and best practice

- working collaboratively with the wider legal team and business on organisational projects

- mitigating any potential risks, dispute resolution management

- assiting on international programmes, initatives, and international events

This role is best suited to a commercial lawyer, c3-5 years PQE, looking to make their first move in-house. You will be able to demonstrate strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, an ability to take a commercial view and work effectively with senior non-legal stakeholders to develop and deliver value add solutions.
