Financial Services PSL

Do you have in-depth and recent knowledge and experience of financial services law and regulation? PSL required to join highly regarded team and provide critical know-how services in this dynamic area of law. Consumer credit expertise highly desirable.

THE ROLE

The role will initially have a focus on standard forms and precedents and then widen to include writing, commissioning, updating and reviewing know-how materials, responding to technical questions, liaising with fee earners and working with the marketing team when required. Full time hours preferred although a 4 day week would be considered.

ABOUT YOU

This role would suit an experienced financial services lawyer, ideally 8pqe+, with confidence and experience in drafting documents. In addition to your practice experience (likely to have been gained at a leading International firm) you must enjoy communicating your knowledge in writing and demonstrate an understanding of the market and the needs of financial services practitioners.
