PI New Claims Handler

My client, which has been established for over 20 years and is a leading specialist Personal Injury law firm, is currently looking to recruit an experienced New Claims Handler to work in its FNOL department.  You will have a keen interest in Personal Injury and have excellent communication skills, as this role is telephone based. Previous New Claims / Personal Injury / FNOL / FRU / First Response experience, with knowledge of using a case management system, would be preferable.
 
The working hours for this role are 12.00pm – 8.00pm Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break.
 
Duties include:

• Dealing with all incoming new claim enquiries that have been received
• Inputting information/data to enable a claim to be validated/vetting
• Collating and obtaining further information, where necessary
• Establishing a client's needs for the provision of a replacement vehicle
• Arranging recovery for a client’s vehicle
• Securing clients' signed instructions, either by way of paperwork being returned on the App, post or the instruction of a sign-up agent
• Determining the existence of a BTE policy, specifically broker clients
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure they remain fully updated at all time
