Our client is a prominent professional services company based in London, they have recently grown their commercial team and are now seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join them on an interim basis.
The successful candidate will support the growth of the team, providing excellent judgment in balancing legal risk with business strategy. Our client requires experience in the following areas;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of Framework Agreements;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Master Services Agreements
- A working knowledge of the Internal Audit process
- 4-10 years of relevant legal experience
Candidates that are able to demonstrate the above experience from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply; those with public sector would be of particular interest. This interim role is anticipated to run for a six month period.
