An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious commercial property lawyer to join a thriving and award-winning firm in the Newport area.
My client is an award-winning, ambitious and forward thinking firm who are rapidly expanding across South Wales. Due to expansion, my client is looking for a number of commercial property lawyers from NQ level through to senior level to join their friendly commercial property team.
The role will involve a high quality caseload of general commercial property work for a range of clients, including SMEs, private high net worth individuals and institutional areas. You will be dealing with acquisitions and dispostals, secured lending, commercial landlord and tenant and development work.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives from NQ level through to experienced Commercial Property Lawyers. The salaries on offer are negotiable, dependant on experience and there are plenty of career progression opportunities on offer!
