In-house Employment Solicitor

This is an ideal opportunity for an employment law specialist with a strong in-house background or a talented private practice lawyer who is looking to move in-house.

As sole employment lawyer, you will be part of a close-knit legal team and will handle a broad range of UK and international employment issues, including special projects, policy matters and global staff mobility issues. Our client is a well-known business with international operations and a diverse workforce. Their in-house legal team supports the business with pragmatic, solution driven and commercially relevant advice. Working closely with the senior decision makers across the organisation, this position will be involved in every area of the business on a daily basis. The role includes managing relationships across the organisation and helping the business to scope projects, assess risk and take informed decisions as matters progress.

With a minimum of 5 years' PQE you will have a strong technical employment law background gained either in-house or within private practice. Exposure to cross-border issues will be a definite advantage. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate they understand the bigger picture and can identify solutions to complex issues, combined with decisiveness and a clear understanding of risk management.
