Legal 200 practice seeks Property Litigation Solicitor for successful team in London.

The Role
A rare opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious and dynamic Solicitor to join a Legal-500 rated team in London. Joining a member-led team, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied and challenging caseload, advising clients including: landlords and tenants; residential investors and; HNW individuals on predominantly residential property litigation disputes. Areas may incorporate: boundary and party wall disputes; rent review; residential estate management; dilapidation claims; lease renewals and; enfranchisement. Keen to get involved with the continued development of the department and practice as a whole, the successful Solicitor will build and strengthen client relationships and participate in business development initiatives as required. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE gained within a leading City practice;
You will be technically brilliant and commercially aware;
You will have first class communication and client care skills;
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level;
You will be driven, organised and able to manage a demanding caseload;
You will be a pro-active team player, with a desire for professional development.
