Position - Property Litigation Partner
Property Litigation/Commercial Property/Solicitor/Landlord & Tenant/Civil Litigation/Commercial Litigation/Leasehold Enfranchisement

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join a highly rated London based regional firm as a Property Litigation Partner. As part of the wider Commercial Property team the Property Litigation service the firm offers has gotten steadily busier over the past 18 months, with the growth of the team across a number of offices. Now the firm are looking to develop a Property Litigation offering from their London office and as such are looking to bring in a Partner level hire to do so. With this in mind the firm are looking for a Solicitor that has an established following that can cover c.2x their costs and a proven background in working collaboratively with other departments to leverage client contacts and revenues. The firm are also looking for a Solicitor that has a solid background in Landlord and Tenant related disputes, Leasehold Enfranchisement and general Commercial Property disputes. In turn this is a great opportunity to work at a financially stable firm that has achieved sustainable and organic growth across the wider Commercial Property department, that has an inclusive partnership focused on both self-improvement and in the helping fellow Partners and colleagues to better develop their service and team performance.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad Commercial Property disputes experience.
- A client following.
- Experience in working with other partners to develop client relationships.
