Adult Lawyer

Adults Lawyer required for an initial 3 month period to join a local authority based in East Midlands England.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join a well-respected East Midlands Local Authority.

The successful candidate will be managing a busy caseload and conducting advocacy within different areas of law, therefore our client is looking for a strong multi-tasker, who is able to hit the ground running. Cases may consist of the following matters;

• Court of Protection
• DoLs
• NRPF
• Judicial Reviews
• Age assessments
• Ordinary residence queries
• Adult mental health work

The ideal lawyer will come from a public sector background, although candidates with relevant experience in private practice are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant transferrable skills.
