Central London firm with CQS accreditation seeking a Property Fee Earner.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Property Fee Earner to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the heart of the capital. Becoming part of a specialist department which includes some of the firms’ partners; the successful Fee Earner will manage a diverse caseload consisting of residential and commercial matters from instruction to post-completion to include property aspects of corporate and project transactions. Work will incorporate: acquisitions and disposals; development projects; lease extensions and enfranchisement; property finance / remortgages; landlord and tenant and; portfolio management.

The Role
You must be a qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience gained in a well-regarded Property department.
You must have expertise encompassing all aspects of Residential and Commercial Property matters.
You will have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will be able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines.
You will be IT literate.
An aptitude for business development is desirable.
You will be client-focused, ideally with prior experience working to CQS requirements.
