Description
-The regulatory and compliance counsel will give legal advice in relation to legal questions with regard to competition law, bribery and corruption.
-Help manage and and implement policies to ensure company meets regulatory requirements
-Be the 'go to' individual for global and European Legal HQ Legal and Compliance teams
-Internal company audits where required.
-Reporting to, and providing reports to the UK General Counsel and CFO
-Liaise with and support the Privacy function.
Profile
-The successful Regulatory and Compliance Counsel will be a qualified solicitor of an internationally recognised jurisdiction
-Experience in Competition Law, Regulatory and Compliance issues
