This firm is a leading international practice with a top tier corporate practice. To join this team, you will have at least 2 years experience in corporate law gained at a reputable firm. You will have an excellent academic background with experience in corporate finance, M&A and preferably private equity.

The team advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments and cross border work for a range of sector clients including Advance Manufacturing & Technology, Energy, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Retail and Leisure and Insurance and Financial Services.
