High Level Commercial Aviation Paralegal at US Law firm to £35,000

Top US law firm is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their very busy and growing Commercial Aviation department.  This position will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking paid overtime.  This firm is looking for a candidate who has previously worked at a high level, responsibilities include general support to the fee-earners, assist on matter opening tasks, assist on transaction management from commencement to closing, in particular keeping up-to-date bibles, create condition precedent checklists and updating where applicable, proofreading, prepare execution versions, general post-closing assistance including creating bibles, collating original documents and circulate to relevant parties, assist on selected technical and legal drafting tasks, take notes during conference calls and meetings.  Other duties include conducting company searches and matter-related legal research, file registrations, file priority notices and mortgages and liaise with foreign counsel.  This firm is fast growing in London and they need their Paralegals to step up and take responsibility in an autonomous capacity.  Ideally looking for candidates with good level experience of at least 6-12 months from within Aviation or International Finance, preferably from within a City law firm.  Candidates needs to have a Law Degree/GDL/LPC.
