Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner

They were originally based in Canary Wharf and were one of the first Solicitors ever to service two of the country's most well-known Banks. They have deep rooted connections to the financial sector, and it is this foundation that the firm was built on.

This business has experienced natural growth in recent years, with the opening of two new offices. They are about to open a new flagship office based in the heart of Soho, in the West End. They are a creative, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and forward thinking practice with an electric feel throughout the firm. The opening of the new Soho office is to appeal to a Media client base, a specialist area of some Partners. They are a well-established company who have an impressive client base; the firm has an ethos of exclusively dealing with quality work and charging well for it.

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner to join their new Soho, West End office.

The firm has a young and dynamic feel with most of the firm's Partners being under 40. They think outside of the box and have a genuinely refreshing approach to marketing and have recently opened a coffee shop within the firm's office specifically for internal and client meetings.
The Commercial Property department is one of the largest in the firm, they have a wealth of expertise and have an impressive client base. You will work as part of a small, very experienced team and part of a wider team in the other office. Fee earners are not just technically strong, but also excellent at generating business. They deal with a varied client base of SME to national companies, with a growing Technology and Media client base.

You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Purchase and sale of commercial property, Landlord & tenant, Investment, Portfolio Acquisition, Commercial leases, and Development matters.

This role comes with good prospects for Partnership, it would suit a Partner looking for a lateral move, or a senior Associate looking for a route to Partnership who may be in a top-heavy team.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You should be an ambitious and dynamic candidate who wants to be at the forefront of an exciting venture
• It is essential that you have had good exposure to business development and have the confidence to go out and develop new business
• This role would suit a candidate looking for a springboard to Partnership, who is perhaps working in a top-heavy team
• This role comes with one of the most lucrative bonus structure which allows you to earn 20% of your billings
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE
