Commercial/Infrastructure Paralegal

My client, an international law firm based in Birmingham City Centre is currently looking for a Commercial/Infrastructure Paralegal to join them on a 5 month fixed term contract.

As a Commercial Paralegal you will be dealing with commercial matters for clients with supervision to include checking contracts, contract reviews and research/advice on matters relating to functions and governance, assist on major projects and assist with business development initiatives including tracking specific opportunities and assisting with material for seminars and publications in health and local government, although there will be other duties in the role.

Experience in Commercial law would be advantageous however this is not essential.
