Commercial Property Paralegal

Due to recent expansion and an influx of high value work, a position has become available for a number of experienced Commercial Property Paralegals to join a highly reputable, award-winning, regional powerhouse firm in Nottingham. My client is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal who has the ability to handle their own caseload of Commercial Property files from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience dealing with a variety of Property files. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal seeking to forge a long term, successful career within a highly-rated Law Firm dealing with one of the most desirable areas of law.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Minimum of 6 months experience handling your own caseload of Commercial Property files, candidates with both Residential and Commercial experience will have a distinct advantage
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Ability succeed working independently and within a team environment
- Possesses outstanding client care skills
- Willing to undertake training in order to achieve career progression
