Client Relationship Manager role for a boutique London law firm.  This person will be responsible for evolving the firm’s key account and client feedback programmes.  Your stakeholders will be internal partners and fee earners, as well as external clients and intermediaries.

As Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the key client programme, identifying which clients and targets should be part of the program, how to develop and grow relationships within that group of clients and advising the partners on how to maximize opportunities across practice and sector groups.  You will implement best practice around these key clients, ensuring the firm is communicating with consistency.  You will also be proactive in conducting market and client research to identify opportunities through man mapping, market knowledge and insights and understanding where there might be an opening for the firm to do more work with their key clients.  Client feedback will also play a key part of this role, as well as sharing and implementing lessons learned.

The ideal candidate will clearly demonstrate experience of having led on key account programmes and client feedback initiatives in a professional services environment (ideally in a law firm).  You will possess the ability to adapt your style and approach to the situation and audience as well as having strong attention to detail, especially when working to tight deadlines and simultaneous projects.
