Interim Legal Counsel x 2

Due to an increase in workload, 2 new temp positions have become available to join a global leader in the health and wellness industry. Supporting the EMEA region, you will take on a varied role as an integral part of a small legal team based in West London.

You will be responsible for:

- drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including supply, technology and distribution agreements

- advising on IP, brand and data privacy matters

- dispute resolution management

- ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met

- supporting over 50 countries across the EMEA region with legal advice

To be considered for this role you will be 4+ years PQE with a broad commercial, corporate background with relevant experience either from private practice or in-house. This position requires someone who can work proactively, but also manage adhoc and reactive matters, juggle a varied workload and cover across multiple jurisdictions.
