An international technology business is seeking to hire a Bilingual Corporate Commercial Lawyer (English, plus either Mandarin or German) to join its successful legal team in Berkshire.
Reporting to the European General Counsel, the Bilingual Corporate Commercial Lawyer will handle a range of corporate M&A, US securities, compliance and regulatory matters, coupled with commercial contracts that will include vendor agreements, licensing, IP and software licensing.
The ideal candidate will a fully qualified UK Corporate Commercial Lawyer with bilingual language skills in English and Mandarin or English and German. They will have solid, demonstrable experience from another corporate environment, or within private practice, with secondments.
