You will be working for a continually growing private practice firm which is highly recognised within the industry. With over 1000 employees across the UK they have experienced rapid growth which has cemented their position as a market leader. They are seeking ambitious Corporate Solicitors to play a leading role in developing their Private Equity and Venture Capital practice.

Your new role
The firm are building a nationally recognised Private Equity and Venture Capital practice, advising mid-market PE investors, venture capital firms, VCTs and ambitious management teams on their strategically important transactions. Given their dynamic growth, they are keen to recruit qualified Solicitors (1PQE+) who are committed to building their careers in this dynamic area of practice.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need a minimum of 1 years post qualified experience gained from a notable law firm. Ideally you will possesses broad Corporate experience gained supporting a wide range of organisations and sectors. Private Equity and Venture Capital experience is beneficial, however, in-depth training will be provided for those committed to working within these fields. You will be expected to build the practice area therefore the desire and ability to deliver highly effective business development initiatives will be valued.
