Employment Solicitor
NQ
Circa £50,000
Our client is an award winning Legal 500 firm seeking an Employment NQ solicitor for their Oxford office. This is always considered the best employment NQ role in the South East region outside London. Every year attracts London NQ lawyers as you won't see better quality work or clients.
The work will be a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters for clients ranging from individuals up to multinational corporations. You will be assisting more senior colleagues on files initially whilst you develop and then run your own matters with supervision.
The team currently act for a varied international client base on matters relating to redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, contracts of employment, grievance and disciplinary procedures and TUPE. My client is therefore seeking to hear from those who are seeking to specialise in employment and can demonstrate excellent experience gained during your training contract.
The ideal candidate must have a superb academic record and have gained the benefit of training in a well-respected firm. They must have the ability to build strong working relationships quickly as well as demonstrating a proactive attitude and a willingness to assist the team wherever needed. In addition, the candidate must have strong analytical ability, a clear communication style (both spoken and written), must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach, and committed to offering the very highest level of service to clients.
An exceptional salary package is on offer along with outstanding benefits.
