Environmental Solicitor

Our client a leading regional firm is currently seeking a Solicitor to joining their Environmental team in Leicester.

You will be a newly qualified solicitor looking to start their career within Environment. You will have experience within commercial litigation or commercial property. You will show a passion for environmental or planning law. You duties include but are not limited to:

·         Advising on all aspects of environmental permitting

·         Advising on all potential liabilities, civil or criminal litigation

·         Ecological issues

·         Planning enforcement

As this is a varied and diverse role you will need to be flexible in relation to the work you deal with.
