Opportunity for a Senior Associate to join Leading Law Firm - Employment Team

Due to an internal transfer, Slater and Gordon now have a vacancy for Senior Associate who will be responsible for all aspects of Employment law work including providing top-level technical expertise and guidance to other team members. The successful candidate will be providing advice to individuals only: senior executives, employees and partners.

Responsibilities of the role;

As a Senior Associate at Slater and Gordon you will be responsible for;

Maintaining a caseload and overseeing the file management of complex employment cases in the Employment Tribunal and civil courts

Meeting financial targets

Engaging actively in business development

Supervising other fee-earners

Complying with National Practice Standards

Requirements;

We are looking to recruit an accomplished Employment Solicitor who is able to demonstrate the following -

Significant knowledge and experience within the area of Employment Law (4 yrs + PQE)

Previous, proven supervisory experience

The ability to successfully manage an individual billing target

Experience of working to and achieving key performance indicators

A willingness to engage actively in business development

An adaptable approach and the ability to foster a culture of positive change

Strong stakeholder management skills
