Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

In this role, the chosen Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will advise on a particularly varied caseload which includes a considerable amount of high net worth clients and properties. You will be joining a large Property Department extended across our other three offices and there will be excellent scope for the professional to develop internally.

Ideally, the chosen Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have 2 years' PQE and be technically strong in respect of Residential Freehold and Leasehold work to include unregistered property. Day to day, you'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload in these areas and be expected to take part in business development initiatives.

You will have excellent attention to attention to detail, and be capable of prioritising and working well under pressure. Through a client-focused approach, you will possess excellent IT and literacy skills as well as being extremely well organised. Reloctaers will be considered for this role.
