Skills and Responsibilities

• Real Estate Solicitor
• Newly qualified to 6 years PQE
• Ability to demonstrate excellent academic record and trading with a leading city, national or regional firm is required
• Ability to demonstrate client relationship communication and organisational skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong commercial and technical experience in representing clients on a variety of real estate matters
• Ability to show experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, and property finance
• Ability to progress work quickly
• The successful candidate will work closely and in partnership with clients and gave significant opportunities to be involved in business development
